BOOKING CONDITIONS

• Each participant must fill out the form with his own data and the classes / packages.
• The advance cost will be required in response to the booking form, after confirmation of availability of places for the selected lessons.
• Payments must be made by bank transfer to the account that the organization provides. And all of transaction cost will be entirely supported by the participant.
• Cancellation by participants until 60 days prior to the event will be refunded to 100%.
• Cancellation by participants between 60 and 30 days to 50%.
• No refund will be possible for cancellations less than 30 days prior to the event.

• In case of cancellation by the host, 100% of your payment for the activities in question will be refunded.

TICKETS AND PASSES DELIVERY

• Delivery of online bought or reserved tickets, passes and workshops entrances is done exclusively at the venue location during the check-in period.
• This year we created a more pleasant moment for you to start check-in!

On Thursday afternoon you can show up between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm and check-in peacefully. So you can meet up with your friends and dance at our Milonga Check-in, specially designed for you to warm up your engines!
