BOOKING CONDITIONS
- Cancellations by participants until 31 August are possible with 90% refund of contribution.
- Cancellations by participants until 31 October are possible with 50% refund of contribution.
- No refund for cancellations after 1 November.
- All money transfer expenses are paid by the participant.
TICKETS AND PASSES DELIVERY
- Delivery of online bought or reserved tickets, passes and workshops entrances is done exclusively at the venue location during the check-in period.
- On Thursday afternoon you can show up between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm and check-in peacefully. So you can meet up with your friends and dance at our Milonga Check-in, specially designed for you to warm up your engines!
